Admissions Policies
Students who apply for the Doctor of Theology program must hold Master of Divinity and Master of Theology degree or its academic equivalent.
Application
FCUTS’s academic programs are open to students of all Christian denominations who meet the standard requirements for admissions. FCUTS admits only qualified students who are committed to Jesus Christ. However, FCUTS does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, national or ethnic origin in the administration of educational policies, admission policies, scholarships, or any other programs or activities.
Admission requirements
(1) The application form and a non-refundable application fee ($100.00);
(2) Testimony; one page
(3) One reference; professor or pastor
(4) Statement of study plan(major): one page
(5) Choose one of major : Biblical Theology, Historical Theology, Apologetics, Systematic Theology, Comparative Religions, Practical Theology
(6) Official transcripts from all post-secondary educational institutions attended;
(7) Two recent photographs (passport style); and
(8) An earned Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree and Master of Theology(Th.M.) with
a 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) from an accredited institution.
The application form and other materials can be obtained from the admissions office.
They may be requested by phone, mail, or downloaded via the internet.
The deadline to apply for the Spring semester is the last Friday of December, and for the Fall semester it is the last Friday of May.
Requirement for graduation
(1) 48 credits course work
(2) two Language exams (one of Hebrew, Greek, Latin, German, Spanish)
(3) Oral comprehensive exam
(4) Professional dissertation project: minimum 150 pages
